-Removed Tree glitching through wall on A
-Added crates to the bottom of ramp

-Fixed deathmatch spawns (should hopefully be completely fixed)
-added more detail and a new tree to bombsite A
-raised the wall on cat, restricting the CT's view on to ramp
-added place names
-added seagulls to the view from Tspawn
-added clips to remove boost positions
