Removed weapons from the class template section of ttr_coop_shared.theater and relocated to the "weapons" section of that file. This will reduce redundancy

user must now pick all guns, no more starting loadouts when you pick a class (I cleared everything except kabar from "buy_order"). At this point the class you pick only determines the player model

set "fov_wpn_focus" to "40" on m590 and mini14 7x scope. (should fix the issue where you put your head through the scope)
