few changes coz of visual update v7

- fixed rescue choppers not landing on dedicated server
- fixed attacking units movement
- set rescue chopper countdown to 15min, also see "how much time left" hint message
- reduced viewdistance to 1000m
- add rockets in boxes
- added few more enemies and enemy boats, also improved skills
- few other things cant remember
