Fixed bug involving heroes selling their loot.

Many bugs fixed. Most crashes should be resolved.
Heroes are far more diligent, and spend much less time wandering.
Only known bug left is units switching to rapidly attacking.

Heroes getting stuck on most activities in a loop should no longer be an issue.
Healers should no longer crash the game randomly. Most crashes should be gone now.
Guards and Archers in a Guardhouse will generally be more active. The more Guards a Guardhouse has, the more active it will be, and will send guards further out to wander based on how many Guards are available.

Units should no longer be attacking at really fast speeds.

Howl of Discord changed to use the new spell system. Spell type set to chaos.
Styx/Stone spell Pestilence changed to use the new spell system. Spell type set to Poison, damage changed from 15 damage to 13 - 17 damage.
Spire of Death Attack changed to use the new spell system. Spell type set to Arcane, damage changed from 20 damage to 20 - 22 damage.
Ratman Shaman Infectious Cloud changed to use the new spell system. Spell type set to Poison, damage changed from 10 damage to 9 - 10 damage.
Abomination Horrify spell changed to use the new spell system. Spell Type set to Chaotic, Necrotic, and Arcane. Damage changed from 55 split into the other three damage types. 3 - 21 Chaotic Damage, 11 - 12 Necrotic Damage and 14 - 16 Arcane Damage.
The stealing action shouldn't loop endlessly until the target is out of gold now.

Krypta Priestesses should now resume normal behavior of summoning skeletons.
A unique bug where heroes attempt to execute Regeneration functions while starting out dead in a Mausoleum should be fixed.

Addressed more divide by 0 bugs.
The Dwarves/Gnomes being stuck on construction should be fixed.
Monks have been given built-in damage since they do not use weapons.
Equipment transfers of heroes finding better items that they can use should now function properly.

Fixed several divide by 0 errors.
Heroes shouldn't lock during stealing/acquiring items.
Heroes should not constantly enter/exit closed Marketplaces.
