-Fixed The Medusa Cascade system:
-Crucible mesh completely redone from scratch.
-Fixed CTD when starting new game with the Reborn Dalek Empire
-Fixed bug where the Crucible mesh was not showing in the empire choosing screen.
-Added 3 new planetary features so The Crucible can have districts other than city ones.
-Added custom background image for pop jobs.
-Added new starting system: Necros.
-Changed starting system for the Imperial Daleks from Skaro to Necros.
-Fixed Dalek ship textures so they no longer have a tint matching the empire's flag.
-Changed outdated "Survivor" civic to "Post-Apocalyptic" origin for the Dalek Empire.
-Added more variety to Dalek leader portraits.
-Updated mod to work with Stellaris 2.6 "Verne".
