  • added a decision to increase population in your colonies (provinces)
    • there are 4 options by that you can achieve a rise of population:
      1. try to convince some natives to settle down in that colony (costs: 100 ducats)
        • the population will grow by either 5% (chance: 35%), 10% (chance: 30%) or 15% (chance: 25%)
        • can fail (chance: 10%)
      2. bribe the natives to ignore your settlers (cost: 200 ducats)
        • local colonial growth +20 for 5 years
        • native uprising chance -10% for 5 years
        • native aggressiveness -1
      3. send farmers from your capital to the colony (costs: depending on your total cash*) <- only possible, if the colony has less than 800 settlers
        • colony population +200
        • native aggressiveness +1
        • native uprising chance +10% for 10 years
        • capital: -1 base manpower
        • capital: local tax modifier -10% for 5 years
        • capital: local production efficiency -10% for 5 years
      4. send prisoners from your capital to the colony (costs: depending on your total cash*)
        • colony population +150
        • native aggressiveness +2
        • native uprising chance +25% for 10 years
        • local unrest +10 for 10 years
        • local colonial growth -10 for 10 years
        • capital: local tax modifier +5% for 2 years
        • capital: local production efficiency -5% for 2 years
        • capital: local unrest -1 for 2 years

      • * costs for 3.:
        • if you have less than 1,000 ducats: 500 ducats
        • if you have more than 1,000, but less than 10,000 ducats: 1,000 ducats
        • if you have more than 10,000, but less than 100,000 ducats: 2,500 ducats
        • if you have more than 100,000 ducats: 5,000 ducats
      • * costs for 4.:
        • if you have less than 1,000 ducats: 300 ducats
        • if you have more than 1,000, but less than 10,000 ducats: 700 ducats
        • if you have more than 10,000, but less than 100,000 ducats: 2,000 ducats
        • if you have more than 100,000 ducats: 3,500 ducats

    • only player can increase the population in colonies
    • population can be increased in colonies:
      • that have at least 100 natives
      • that have at least 100 settlers
      • that have less than 900 settlers (for 3. option less than 800)
      • that have natives with less than 7 aggressiveness
      • in which you did not try to increase population already

  • added a "Debug Event", which you can trigger with a national decision
    • it will delete all markings of marked countries and provinces
    • it will delete "global markings"

    • it should fix the following, if you have these issues:
      • if any event option lists more than one country / province
      • if any event doesn't have any options at all
      • if the decisions to buy a province won't show up, even after the time (183 / 50 days) is over

    • it can only be triggered in single player
