- Adjusted the Shed to be compatible with PA Update 15, it started spawning staff food instead of bacon and eggs
- Fixed bug in garden control regarding setting the Harvest Hours.

- Added a Reset Jobs button. Too many jobs on plants? Open the Foundations menu, right click and drag above plants to cancel jobs, then press the Reset Jobs button. If you don't use the button, then cancelled jobs will not be issued until the next Harvest Hour. From that moment on there should be no tons of jobs stacking on top of each other any more.

- implemented Garden Control with remotely managed Garden Pots (old pots get deleted)
- added SmallGardenTableFerti and Compost, to store Fertilizer and Compost only.
- changed the grants, if you had some in progress, cancel them and start them again.
- time based script keeps track of game hour, so you can harvest at specific times.
- works on all map sizes with the same speed

Added a small tweak to collect CompactGarbage coming from a dismantled TrashCompactor in operation.

Rewrote the script of the trash compactor to do it another way, it wasn't stable enough when swapping stacks back and forth. It now uses an internal value to store the quantity and gets rid of the crap.
Updated the sprite of the trash compactor.
