Corrected an issue with the variable defining the sector modification influence cost. It should now be 5 instead of 25, as intended.

Updated for patch 1.2.

The only change was an update to one of the variable names used in the mod. The mod's functionality is unchanged, though with the move from the concept of "core worlds" to "core systems", the mod now increases core system cap instead of core world cap accordingly.

* Removed the flat global increase to core world and leader caps, and replaced them with a total of eight technologies that achieve the same end result of +10 to each cap.

* Streamlined the mod by removing a few unnecessary lines of LUA that were not affecting gameplay values.
