- Added new unit - Reiksguard Halberdiers

- Limited amount of units you can create of each unit type. Makes sense because the Guard are supposed to be Altdorf etc etc and therefore have limited numbers unless forts are constructed etc so for now I have limited them all.
(This also makes good use for the other Empire mod which adds dismounted reiksguards as they can be treated as the vanilla unit as opposed to mines)

- Updated screenshots and information to relfect new changes.

- Removed Handgunners from base mod.

- Added new Mod for Handgunners as separate. (This mod will now take over for "out of lore" kind of stuff)
