-No more custom XComClassData.ini. The default category for the marksman version is now the rifle. I will ignore any and all requests for this feature to return because it's not worth the hassle.

-Replaced the sniper animation with the M14's three shot animation for both versions of the weapon.
-Replaced the abilities for the marksman version with the standard rifle abilities.

-Separated the package into two, one for graphical assets, the other for data, such as archetype, animations, sounds, particle effects, etc. Should be easier to push Unreal Package hotfixes without having to re-download the entire mod again, and it's easier to mod too.
-Fixed the shell eject particle effect going to the wrong side.
-Replaced X2's shell casing with a more accurate 7.62x54R shell casing.
