Fixed:
- Player's swimming speed no longer affected after unhitching from carts.
- Player's can equip items after unhitching from carts.
- Servers should now be able to place carts, Servers need to update, Reset MOD GUID to force players to update to save version as mod on the servers.
- Carts should no longer disappear after leaving the area.

Changed:
- Reduced Dino's jump Z velocity when hitched to carts.

Still Broken, Working on:
- Carts still disappear after restart.

Added:
- Small Wooden Dino Carts: Hitch to Pachy, Raptor, Scorpion, Saber, Phiomia, Parasaur, Beaver, Wolf, Anky, Carbonemy, Doedic, Megaloceros, Procoptodon, Beezlebufo, Bear, Gallimimus.

Changed:
- Carts now decrease acceleration/deceleration of hitched player/dino for relism effect.
- Increased mass of cart to help stabilize physics while running.
- Pulling a cart now increases Stamina consumption rates x 2.
