- Removed the LC: No Amb. Focus Req. and replaced it with a game rule instead.
- Added a game rule for controlling focus restrictions on Lifestyle traits.
- Added a game rule for controlling focus restrictions on Minor decisions.

You can now improve attributes to 10 with focuses that gives +2 attribute bonus and 11 with focuses that gives +3 in attribute bonus. This makes it possible to improve the attributes up to the base rate of 8 like if you have Way of Life disabled.
