Fairly big update.
[ADD] Door Charge. Blow down doors with style!
[CHANGE] Boomstick secondary fire sound. Now it actually sounds like a rocket.
[CHANGE] Completely overhauled Car Bomb controls. Secondary fire changes bomb type and reload changes timer.
[FIX] Bug fixes all around.
