Added 2nd focus for a research slot.

Added focus that allows you to ask for Sleigsvig back from Germany if you're allied with them. Germany has an 80% chance of accepting. If they don't you get a wargoal against them.

Added manpower bonuses to certain political focuses. It is now possible to have 1.18 million manpower with max conscription laws + max focuses with standard danish territory. More if you get other states of course.

Updated for 1.1. No other changes, it should work just fine. But do note that Paradox have given Denmark an extra military factory to start with (it produces artillery by default) - this should definitely improve the capabilities of Denmark!
