Removed code that caused warnings in development build as of September 02. Made sure script ran appropriately in latest dev build.

Accidentally committed different default settings than intended with last patch. Rolled that back.

Fixed bug where large ships would exceed limits of script and fail. (probably)

Fixed bug where timer blocks were interrupted if they weren't even supposed to be affected by the script.

Added timer triggers linked to various system health metrics based on timer name

Speculative fix for screen not rendering anything for ships wiht incomplete functional blocks

added new render type with screens named "screen_diagnostic_report" that shows different system health.

Fixed the "RESET" functionality.
Updated comments in script to reflect changes

moved options for animation speed and border width higher in script so they're easier to find.
