Fix Suspicion Level not decreasing
Your suspicion level resets to 0 when you kill the last member of a pod and no other enemy saw/sees you this turn (Unconcealed squad members included).

Changed Combat Knife Spec (-1 cooldown instead of charges) and Throwing Knife Spec (+15 aim)
Changed Plant X4 to be a free action and Trigger X4 only activatable when not plantet this round.
Fixed knife damge bonus not working.
