Thorgar Ironfist returned to mixed shield colours to help unit stand out

Updated shield on Josef Bugman so they are all blue.

Updated with new Clan names

The Norgrimlings added as new RoR, legendary miners from Karak Eight Peaks.

Moved Bugmans to Barracks 3 from 2 now it has no 2nd building needed to unlock to delay slightly how early the unit arrives.

All RoR updated to the new no XP system, while that is compatable with old saves the new stats will add to the old XP the unit gained before this update making them overpowered.
My advice is to disband and re-recruit them again which will return them to as designed stats, destroying them in a battle will do the same thing.
All RoR have thier second building requirement removed and reduced to 1 turn recruitment, this is as close i can make it to the instant recruit of the proper system without altering the starpos file which then renders this mod incompatable with all unlockers and many other mods.

New RoR added the Goldshields.
