Updated map 1 to fix issues early in the map. No more extermely early tanks on map 1. Minor nav changes on map 1. Modified scripts on map 1 and 2 to use higher values for RelaxMaxFlowTravel to decrease random hordes over the length of the map.

Fixed transition from map 1 to 2, to make map 2 spawn events correctly. Added Realism mode specific scripting for maps 1 and 2.

updated map2 to be easier to debug, general improvements, additional rescue closet, etc. Updated scripts for map 1 and map 2 for more variety in witch spawning and better deescalation from wipes.

Updated items, info_map_parameters/item spawning to match current nav. Generally more items per map in coop. Updated crow dialog on map 2. Assorted minor fixes.

Fixed elevator bug on map 5. Modified deescalation scripts slight to deescalate faster in some cases. Added more ammo piles to map 4 (and increased the number that can spawn). Added some weapons to map1.

Fixed map5 issue of jumping through the elevator roof when going down. Added clip brush to elevator doors to prevent infected ghosts from falling into elvator in versus and scavenger.

Changed oration on maps 1,4,5 to be script based instead of entity based. Small additional details. Reworked the trigger_push on map 5 to better get bots into the elevator. Elevator now changes speed when going up or down (down is now fast).
