New Update:
+ Rewrote a lot of code underneath, no more limitations!
+ Supports any mod now, even if they break the rules.
+ Mending kits can be build on the mending table, no more nonsense!
+ Disabling power usage removes Electricity research requirement. (Load before ResearchPal so it doesn't break)
~ Reworked and simplified failure chance, it's now based on Tech Level, fully customizable.
