Attempt to fix very bright reflections for players with HRD

Emitters texture is now glowing

Hopefully fixed the error when the screwdriver is being fired on server

Added SUPER COOL AND BADASS Half Life 2 styled weapon selection icon

Attack delay time has increased to prevent sound spam and provide bigger chance to escape for the victim :P

The victim now disintegrates

Spooky orange material no longer applies on players due to the bug when the material stayed even after respawn
