-Nerfed a little bit some of the National Focuses, and edited the time needed for researching them, also added some manpower rewards.
-Replaced some leaders to reflect the historical situation of that time.
-Changed the ruiling party of 1936 to FRN(non-aligned) as a compromise for the sake of historical accuracy.
-Changed the leader of FRN to Armand Calinescu.
-Changed the leader of PNL to Ion I. C. Bratianu. (Portrait by Stefan )
-Changed the leader of PCR to Petru Groza.
-Edited some of the states' population.
-Added victory points on Ploiesti ,Galati and Constanta, and added more points for Iasi and Brasov.
-Fixed some typos from..well..everywhere.
-Renamed Dobruja to Silistre.
-Added new modifiers.
-Added better translations.
-Added new infantry equipment, armor and planes (all the thanks go to Majestic Lemmings and his Minor Sprites)

I updated the mod and made a considerable amount of focuses more balanced, at your request, in order to keep the game challenging. :)
