FTL mapmode now properly colors according to the highest level FTL researched, and tooltips now tell you what level that is

1.2.5 compatibility patch. Cleaned up unused code and added structure to when FTLs unlock.

No change to the mod, just setting the game version back to 1.2.4 as the patch broke this mod and I've not figured out how just yet. for now, only 1.2.4 compatible, sorry.
