Split the mod into per-era mods

  1. STC - ENT era mod
  2. STC - TOS era mod
  3. STC - TMP era mod

Also added two new Cardassian ships
- car_TNG_bomber
- car_TNG_mogrund

Reuploaded the latest mod content

This will be the last version of the combined mod, to continue to grow we will need to split things

File DATA:\UI\NewUI\Shared\PlayerSetup.lua corrupted somehow, reverting to last release where this wasn't an issue to reupload
