Version 1.1;

1. Added the missing Portals on the West Side Tunnel.
2. Added Speed Warning Signs.
3. Added another siding by Hatchets Hill Station.
4. Fixed the bumpy wobberly alingment when you go into Hatchets Hill Sidings.
5. Due to the realingment, I've had to put a signal gantry in for the signals for the sidings and freight loop.
