Troll Melter: redesigned its damage (and unit icon).
Grom Bakraz/Brave Nutters: slightly cheaper upkeep.
Slayers: now properly affected by the t2 lord melee troops buff.

- made Ungrim compatible with confederation by other dwarf factions.
- fixed high tier workshop recruitment.

- tweaked Warding Anvils tech to increase runesmiths cap by +2.
- swapped its +3 ward save buff into a KD-only runesmith unique skill giving +2/+5 ward save to parent army.
- added a +1 infantry cap to norscan refugee camps. Total cap remains unvaried.
