New Update! Slight functionality update, and a new camo.

All of the tanks have headlights now, and there's the SpecOps variant.

(This update is a lying slut and it's just a project backup folder. It has like 2 tanks, and the fact it works at all is a miracle.)

Purely cosmetic update! The snow camo is snow and not white, and the desert is the vanilla tan!
The wheels have been changed to make the tank around 20% more sexy, and the belt on the top MG has been reversed, because it made no logical sense the way it was before.
