General changes:
- Volume of both voicepacks lowered by 40%

English voice:
- 15 new voice lines added

Polish Voice:
- 17 new voice lines added

Change in both voicepacks:
- "Concealed spotted" cue fix - now correctly uses conceal broken files,
- voices are now louder,
- some minor changes in sound cues.
