Fixed issue where bSkipFirstTactical defaulted to on (so Operation Gatecrasher auto resolved)
Fixed bSkipAnimations defaulted to true (so reload animations are cut).

While this is a soldier class mod, there are some convenience items built in, like the ability to detect and remove bad load lists, and the ability to cut blocking animations to speed up play (if I put everyone on Overwatch, should take a single button press, but blocking animations can make it take 45 seconds on large squads).

Now a lot of this stuff is already out there in separate mods. But there are a lot of problems with that. The mods might be pulled, the more mods you run the slower your performance, you have multiple setting configs and locations, and they don't always play well together. So I'm adding basic features into the BH mod.

This isn't conventional, and people may request a separate soldier stand alone (and I may do that), but I'm working hard to make this (mostly) non controversial features (who DOESN'T want expanded icon UI sets to cover if you go over 14 icons, which with these soldiers, you might). Certainly my Dev version of this mod has made my life a lot easier.

The problem is when I screw up the push, and force a dev option on to you guys. That's a no-no. So, sorry that the reload animation cuts were forced (not sure why that was an issue. I guess some people REALLY want to watch their sniper reloading). It was forced only because the Dev version defaults to on, and I hadn't set up the config yet.

These options will be back, and with settings.

I'm finishing up a few things, then I'm back to really polishing the classes, and possibly adding one more class. Then I'm done! :)

LIST OF MODS REPLACED BY BHM
I try to add helpful features to BHM. This is a list of features baked in, and while BHM won't conflict with mods which replicate this behavior, you don't need them. In many cases mods required for BHM are also baked in, rather than force you to manage/download separately (and risk the mods getting pulled).

Features:
Mod Removal: BHM checks for removed mods on startup, and if it finds any, offers to clean the load list for you. Based on sq_paradox's "Remove Missing Mods".

Items:
SMG: LW_SMG's are built into the mod, since BHM classes depend on it. SMGs are available to all classes.
Cut Content Psionics (GrimyBunyip):
Katana Pack Reloaded (Musahi): Required for BH Classes.

GamePlay:
30 Ability Icons (-bg-): This is the best way to view the large number of icons some classes provide, so it's baked in. Note that Longwar overides this. To enable it, go to the Longwar settings and select "Enable Native Ability UI"
Overwatch All (whoknew): Combined with remove animations, this cuts squad overwatch from 45 seconds to 0.5.
Evac All (tracktwo): Makes evacuating squads go much faster.

BugFixes:
Can't Execute Rulers: It's unreasonable that your 5% Instakill chance pistol can kill a 100hp armored ruler in a single shot.
Height: The default game mechanics do not include penalties/bonuses to/from players at elevation. This replies them (important for Strikers and Snipers).
