Latin Monestary's give a little foodbonus + little more religious omisis, but their religious conversion is removed

All pentarchy's got a big culture % money bonus, they were way to expensive for what they were giving. They should be important centers of christian relgiion and culture, now they will be. It will be worth it to build lots of culture buildings at a pentarchy seat.
