Improvements to controller navigation when installing PCSs on units with multiple PCS slots. Credit goes to robojumper.

Localization:
Added simplified Chinese translation by MantLemon.

General:
Full Auto now has a shorter animation, like Rapid Fire and Chain Shot.

Bugfixes:
Packmaster and Digital Warfare GTS unlocks had wrong cost on legendary difficulty.
The cooldown on Flush matches the non-LW version.
Sensor Overlays was applying double the intended bonus.
Coup de Grace wasn't refunding the cost of Flush.
Barrage was available as an AWC ability.

Balance:
Flush cooldown increased from 2 turns to 3 turns.

Bugfixes:
Flush should be much more reliable, and can now target units that can't move (like turrets).
Cost of Packmaster upgrade on Legendary difficulty fixed.

Shields Up no longer grants Aegis, and no longer affects civilians and some enemy units.
Restoration Protocol no longer works on SPARKS.
Slice and Dice's damage preview now includes both attacks.
