Added concommands
Fixed bug about connected players

Added advanced properties menu
Added ability to color the votes
Added ability to run concommands including space, like "map gm_consctruct"
Added callbacks into the server console

ATM doesn't show to players, + stupid :IsAdmin = null error

-Now it auto-opens after connection to server for admins, fix is on it's way!
-Edited top panel a little bit
