changed backward flying animation, some tweaks to flying charging animation

some more rotation changes, base color cleaned up, re-enabled regular strafting, added water effect

Fixed rotation getting messed up after leaving water, added backward ground movement animation, a few changes to flying backward animation, changed some blend times, and rotation scale variables

fixed problem not playing falling animation.
