mesh and texture:
- botten frame of all windows of the same type became a slope to more accuratly match the original (reducesed total mesh by 2 triangles for each window)
- added new details on the basement and entrance area
- new bumbmap
- improved lod diffuse texture

other:
- footprint changed to align it with its upcoming side building (55 water street (plaza))
- added proper preview image for workshop
