-All new Compost Bin logic to pick up poop better.

-Cauldron can now be placed on rafts and works as a water source! Does not need irrigation, but can be used to irrigate. No more annoying pipes running miles to nearby water. Should help big servers reduce lag.

-Show Pull Range of Fertilizer Silo Fixed

-Compost bin should no longer pull more thatch than it needs to make fertilizer

-Manually pulling fertilizer from storage fixed on silo.

-Possibly fixed some crashing issues. Let me know in comments if you still crash.
