-Removed Tainted World Buildings ascension perk and made it so all Swarm Genetics empires get the tech right away

-Made it so Swarm Genetics Queens only produce ships if an empire hasn't hit its max fleet capacity (any ships made may or may not make the owner go past their max fleet capacity)

-Made it so the Swarm Queens project now expends 250 energy and 250 minerals in addition to the existing 500 food cost

-Removed an AI check from Swarm Brood event so hopefully the AI can use the trait

-Made it so the Swarm Vangaurds and Star Broods spawn near the Swarm Brood empire's system

-Added new ascension perks, including Subtle Link, Improved Regneration, and Free Infestation for Swarm Genetics empires, True Swarm, Terror, and Stronger Enzymes for Swarm Brood empires, and Hunt the Hunters, Improved Vision, and Subspace Echoes for both

-Changed the Swarm Link policy so that it becomes available when the Swarm Vanguard arrives

-Fixed an error resulting from the 1.6 patch's change to the destroy_colony effect's syntax

-Removed reference to the Swarm Strength modifier from Swarm Brood, as it was removed in the 1.6 patch

-Removed references to the Hive Mind leader trait, as it was removed in the 1.6 patch

-Added habitability modifiers to the Swarm Brood trait, allowing for the player to infest planets again

-Added total defeat war demands to the Swarm Brood event

-Made it so the Live for the Swarm trait is no longer randomly given to leaders
