Updated for new Toxoid content.
Removed color palette as it was not needed anymore.
Removed custom empire interface modification due to Paradox adding the scrollbar to species portraits.

Had to make sequential names work in the new environment. Had to localize them. I only made English, so I will need to know from others if they actually need a different language. All of may name lists play off English puns and sounds anyway. I left the color palette I built as opposed to bringing in the new larger one Paradox finally made. I did this, because you can select Black as a color, but can't actually play as it.

Added Necroid species with logos and corrected the lost scrollbar from species portrait selection. I might break out the scrollbar for species selection to an individual mod for others to use without my personalized portraits.

Updated for Lithoids v2.5.0. Added Lithoid Plush Species Pictures and Names to add Gargoyles.
