V2.2: Updated German translation, made Pleasantville music go silent after equipping Dubstep Gun.

V2.1: Updated Russian translation, swapped fist icon with thumbs up one from A Pleasant Day mission after teleporting to Pleasantville, fixed audio issues if you started drive-in theater show in a vehicle.
