Hotfix to remove issue with carriers.
Also removed the last avaliable way to produce motorized.

- Fixed Mongolia (is now Qing)

Changes and Additions:
- All puppets are changed to a shade of the Mother Country's color
- Added website button, try it out!
- removed Motorized, Airplanes, and tanks for most countries (right now there is nothing in their place, but at some point I want to add cav tech and stuff)
