Replaced most of the medical staff's weapons, and added new weapons to the receptionists from the 2023 weapons update.

We now have proper doctors, not cooks pretending to be doctors.
The hidden pistol is now a much more modern revolver with 6 rounds of course.
Changed some of the patients/staff appearances to beneath variants.
Changed a couple of weapons 2 of the doctors had.
