Customized turn options based on the new tabletop simulator update. They are still by default disabled, but they are configured correctly for Hero Quest now. Turn them on if you'd like to use automatic turns

Changed the Dungeon Master's color from black to teal. I did this for a couple of reasons. Now the Dungeon master will have a "seat" at the table in the appropriate spot giving them more of a presence in the game, but also now any player can become the dungeon master, instead of just the game host. So if the host would like to play as a hero, or someone in particular wants to be DM, that's now simple to accomplish.

Added a single panel with all of the monsters information and attached it to the book stand for the DM's quest book. This will make it much easier for referencing regarding monster stats.
