Version a4.

* Reduced the distance massively for you to start rendering "cheap" water.
* Added many more nodraw foundations to block much of the water rendering under the world (and lowering my compile time to 2 hours)
* Removed the mapname thing next to the lighthouse. I originally didn't want to do this, since the original author may have wanted to advertise himself, but it was more stuff to render, it blocked vision, it's a commonly requested removal on the main version of the map, and the author didn't spell his username right on it! (It's missing an H--says Sevent instead of Seventh). So I decided it wasn't worth keeping and wasn't doing the author any favors anyway. The spectator room that credits the author is, and will remain, unchanged.
* Removed the useless "credits" T-Button on the beach.

Skipped to version a3 because a2 did not have enough benefit to upload.

Version a2 changelog:
Added area portals to the boat garage/dock.
Added visclusters and set most brushes to func_detail.
Reduced total numportals to ~7000, allowing for 4 hour compile time. Down from ~13000 numportals and an unknown, too long compile time.
Fully compiles.

Version a3 changelog:
More visclusters.
Began creating a lower nodraw foundation under many of the displacements. Lower center foundation mostly complete.
Released fully compiled.

Known issues:
Still needs the rest of the nodraw foundation.
Reflections might be less dynamic at the moment since turning some brushes into func_detail seems to have caused the env_cubemaps to lose the ids of what it was pointing at.

Initial release. Adds area portals to the basement/sewers, and the lighthouse.
