Clogs die if nothing is around.
Reduce by half the energy cost of dropping things like clogs.

I Updated the stats to keep track of players instead of times so each player only shows up once on in the top ten list with thier best time. Unfortunatrely this requires deleting the old maps grstats files.

I plan to add a bunch more detail to this map but I figured I would release it along with the new updated stats.

- Cleaned up the HUD some more
- Increased grstats reader board to 10 players
- Sentry guns are now usable.
- Decreased number of clogs to three to reduce clutter.

This is a quick map but its quite fun with a lot of vertical stuff. It has a portion of a map generously donated by Katzenfleisch.
