well... back in May i "updated" both this mod and the LW2 version so that the Valentines Viper M1 no longer had the Psi Bomb ability. It was too powerful early game IMO. It seems when i did that update that i only made the change in the LW2 version and not this version, even though i stated i did. MY BAD!!! Im surprised no one caught that and brought it to my attention. SORRY GUYS!!!! Anyhow, its been changed as of this edit. Again, the Valentines Viper M1 no longer has the Psi Bomb ability but both the M2 nd M3 still do.

The Valentines Viper M1 no longer has the Psi Bomb ability for balancing reasons.

Updated Spawn Weights (lowered them as she was spawning a bit too much) and adjusted the drop % rate of her Vest and Mind Shild awards.
