1.修复了韶山8机车转向架和轮对的一个错误，轮对忘记做滚动调用设定了。已经修复。
2.修复了编组页面中机车图片不显示的错误。
3.更改了机车鸣笛声音。

1 fixed an error in the SS8 locomotive bogie and wheel set.
2 fixed the marshalling page locomotive thumbnail.
3 modify the locomotive whistle.
