Update: Planting 1 ap and not end turn and trigger stays free action but breaks squad concealment.

PLANT_ACTION_POINT_COST = 1
TRIGGER_ACTION_POINT_COST = 0
bBreakSquadConcealment = true
bBreakIndividualConcealment = false

Hotfix C4/X4 should be buildable in non LW2 now.
