1. animated speedo & tacho
2. fixed smoothing bug (near door handles)

Main changes
1. fixed smoothing groups (lightning and reflections are now fine)
2. Overhauled interior & exterior textures
3. steering wheel now rotates up to 55 left/right instead of 25
4. removed textures from other authors
5. increased suspension travel
6. added tinting bodygroups


Minor changes
fixed driver's and driver's eyes' pos
fixed shadow
license plates were removed
added skins for maps without envmaps
fixed some textures
