-Minor Palace: A new building that will help jumpstart your Empire!
-The Ritualism and Fishing Techs do stuff!

-Continuing to make the Tech Tree smooth as Silk
-Minor fixes and changes
-Fixed bug with Cooking Hut
-Much smoothing of the code to help the Mod
