Quick fix - Alexander's agenda now ignores warmongering by default, so I had to take that out. Enjoy :)

- Fix to the not starting issue, there was a problem since the latest update inserts lacked the DLC safeguards

- Fixed the issue with last week's update. Modded leaders should still ignore warmongering, though there might be some issues with them ignoring it completely. I'll take another look at it this week. Official leaders will be fine. Thanks!

Discovered a new technique to apply this to all the leaders! Now we can all ignore warmongering for some truly civilized gameplay! :D

Fixed the loadorder so that the DLC leaders get to ignore warmongering on a consistent basis

Made it so that Gandhi doesn't ignore warmongering. Figured he should be the exception :)
