Modifiers update Q1 2025 (#3802)

MMR gain/loss is now disabled when playing with modifiers. (Buyback option is still allowed)
New standalone modifier - Multicast
2x Multiplier: renamed to Double D; no longer improves debuff durations.
Aghanim: You no longer lose any gold on death.
Chaos new mods: Spoons Stash, Bad Design 1, Bad Design 2, Puny, Outworld Attack, Multicast
Chaos rework: Modifier will last between 2 and 5 minutes. 25% chance to change the modifier on hero kill and 25% chance to change the modifier on respawn.
Glass Cannon rework: You deal 25% more dmg but you also take 25% more dmg.
Hybrid: Spell amp per stack reduced from 3% to 1.5%; Fixed attack dmg buff duration sometimes being way less than intended when casting spells with cd less than 6s; Fixed missing icons.
Hyper Lifesteal: No longer works for Pure dmg (QoP is an exception); Fixed not being able to lifesteal/spell lifesteal while invulnerable. Now works for reflected dmg on QoP when the associated facet is selected.
Keeper of the Truth: Changed icon so it doesnt get confused with boss true sight or gem of true sight.
Ludo mods will now rarely have downsides.
Ludo new mods: Spoons Stash, Bad Design 1, Bad Design 2, Puny, Outworld Attack, Multicast
Ludo no longer has a 5% chance to change the modifier on kill or on respawn.
Magus: Oracle Fate's Edict no longer has a penalty.

Octarine Soul: Cd reduction for items and some abilities is now 5 times lower than the actual bonus instead of being 0%.

Rend: Debuff duration increased from 6s to 7s.
Smurf: Changed icon
Sorcerer: Items in backpack now have a chance to be refreshed as well.
Speedster: Bonus move speed reduced from 50% to 30%; Bonus attack speed increased from 25% to 30%.
Splasher: Fixed sometimes randomly not working; No longer procs for reflected dmg, hp removal dmg and for dmg that cannot spell lifesteal; Radius reduced from 300 to 275; Added particle indicator so you can tell when it's working;
Telescope: Bonus attack range is now halved on melee heroes. (175 bonus attack range)
Timeless Relic: Bonus spell amp and bonus debuff duration reduced from 30% to 25%.
Updated Hyper Active, Pro Active and Octarine Soul lists of abilities that have decreased cd reduction.
Wealthy rework: Now grants bonus gold per kill (25 per creep kill, 100 per hero kill) instead of 1000+ gold per respawn.
White Queen: Changed icon and made sure it works how it's intended.


Neutral items changes (#3801)

Vanilla Trusty Shovel replaced with custom one. (elixir and creep timings adjusted a little bit)
Iron Talon replaced with Demon Stone.
Greedy enchantment replaced with custom Wise enchantment.
Pyrrhic Cloak replaced with Craggy Coat
Book of the Dead replaced with Reflex Core.
Magic Lamp replaced with Stonework Pendant.
Pirate Hat replaced with Blood Sword and Rune Breaker.
Wise (tier 5 enchantment) replaced with custom Arcane enchantment.
Serrated Shiv now deals 50% less dmg to bosses.

Spider boss and Vlads Grimoire nerfs (#3800)

Spider Boss attack dmg reduced from 5000 to 4000.
Spider Boss BAT nerfed from 1.2 to 1.7
Spider Boss base attack speed increased from 100 to 150.
Spider Boss Rage no longer grants 500 bonus damage.
Spider Boss Rage now improves BAT to 1.5.
Spider Boss Spidershot impact dmg reduced from 1000 to 50.
Spider Boss Rage lifesteal reduced from 25% to 20%.
Spider Boss Spider Egg armor reduced from 25 to 20.

Neutral Creeps fixing and refactoring - part 1 (#3710)

HERO CHANGES:
Chen Holy Persuasion shard upgrade and Doom Devour with Gluttony facet now increase the creep ability lvl only by 1.

GENERAL CHANGES:
Added new water creeps to some camps.
Neutral Creeps abilities now upgrade every 7 min. (Known Bug: Helm of the Overlord doesn't give increase the levels of neutral abilities)
Reduced average gold value of ancient camps by 25%.

Vampire Fang nerfs (#3780)

Now shares cooldown with Satanic.
Cooldown increased from 16s to 20s.
No longer provides 11/15 armor.
Lifesteal now works for any non-pure damage attack but doesn't lifesteal from seperate damage instances applied with attacks (e.g. works for MKB, Rev Brooch and Muerta ult but not for Mjollnir, Arcane Orb etc.).
Bonus status resist reduced from 20/22% to 16/18%.
Active lifesteal reduced from 235/250% to 200%.
Active bonus damage during the night reduced from 100/140 to 100.

Changed attack sounds for Big Bird Boss, Carapace (Weaver) Boss, Killer Tomato Boss, Melee Twin Boss, Wanderer, Spooky Ghost Boss and Uriel to be more noticeable.
Dire Tower Boss attack range reduced from 1200 to 800.
Dire Tower Boss Glyph bonus attack range increased from 200 to 500.
