Update: Remastered the blast effect of TMDT "War" v4.5 beta

Update:
- Improved TMTD performance
- Fixed "Toggle Roll-button" programmer
- Put Programmers in a bag
- Added beta version of TMDT Remote Control
To use TMDT Remote Control, drop it on the beta TMDT "War" next to it.
After that you should be able to move it anywhere and click to roll.
The remote removes the button from the TMDT. Just use the appropriate programmer to get the button back if you want it.

Closed US box and removed debug code from dicetray

Re-added Ka-Bar Knife

- Rescanned all cards!
The cards now have a more uniform and crispier look.

NOTE! You need to turn Mod-cache off at least once to get the new versions of the cards.
You might also want to turn off "Threading" to get an even more crispy look on everything (optional).

- Added missing "Ka-bar" -knife to US weapons.
- Improved script efficiency in beta Dice Tray.
- Added programmer to remove Roll-button from beta Dice Tray.


NOTE! Due to the great amount of changes made to existing items during the last couple of months, I do recommend strongly to reload this mod at least once with mod-cache turned off.

Added Missing Russian Mission: "Enemy Territory".
Locked counters that were unlocked in last update.
Added Beta version of TMDT "War" v4.5. Hope you like it.

Added orginal gameboard. Added hardy counter. Improved playerboards. Both versions of GeckoTH's board can be found in the alternate components box. Did some re-organization of component locations for the last time. Will not touch locations anymore.
